08:16 AM EDT, 09/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Volvo Car (VOLCAR-B.ST), d/b/a Volvo Cars, appointed Klaus Zellmer as president and chief executive officer to succeed Håkan Samuelsson, effective Oct. 1, 2027. Zellmer serves as the chairman and CEO of Škoda Auto, according to a Sunday release. Samuelsson was appointed to lead the Swedish carmaker for a second time in April 2025 and will ensure a seamless transition.
