According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Wantian Holdings (01854) announced that Wantian Technology, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, successfully won the bid for the land use rights. The land is located in East District Street, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China, and was offered for sale by the Resources Bureau through a public tender at a cost of RMB 23.255 million. On September 20, 2026, Wantian Technology (as the transferee) and the Bureau of Resources (as the transferee) signed a land concession contract for the land acquisition.

The land acquisition is in line with the Group's strategy to expand its technology-related business and digital infrastructure layout in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The East District Street of Zhongshan City, where the land is located, has mature transportation links and commercial supporting facilities. The company plans to develop the land into a technology-oriented commercial project, which may include commercial applications related to artificial intelligence, digital technology and innovation, depending on market conditions and future development plans. The board of directors believes that the land acquisition will bring strategic development opportunities to the Group in the emerging technology industry, enhance the Group's asset portfolio and enhance its long-term growth potential in the Greater Bay Area.
