11:38 PM EDT, 09/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Agthia Group (ADX:AGTHIA) shareholders voted in favor of the board of directors' proposal to pay an interim cash dividend of 0.1179 Emirati dirham per share for the first half. The recommended amount marks a 14.4% yearly increase in the interim dividend, the Abu Dhabi-listed food and beverage company said Sept. 18.
