01:06 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HBM Healthcare Investments (HBMNE.SW) invested $15 million in an initial public offering launched by its portfolio company Electra Therapeutics, bringing its total investment in the company to $30 million. Electra Therapeutics raised $350 million by issuing 23.3 million new shares at $15 per share in the upsized IPO, according to a Monday release. The Swiss healthcare-focused investment company previously invested $15 million in Electra Therapeutics' series C financing in October 2025.
