01:29 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Peach Property Group (PEAN.SW) accepted 4.7 million francs of the outstanding hybrid bond for repurchase under its completed public tender offer, according to a Monday release. The Swiss real estate investor will pay 105.2% of the nominal value of the hybrid bond on average, including all accrued and deferred interest, to participating bond investors on Wednesday. The buyback will reduce the outstanding nominal amount of the bond to 41.3 million francs.
