02:16 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Merko Ehitus (MRK1T.TL, MKS.F) said Monday that its SIA Merko Mājas unit began the development of the next phase of the Mežpilsēta residential project in Riga, Latvia. The fourth phase of the project will feature a six-story building with 53 apartment units, 37 outdoor parking spaces, a storage room, a community lounge space, and other amenities. The Estonian property developer expects to finalize the project by the start of 2028.
