02:20 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NCC (NCC-A.ST) secured a 150 million-krona contract to develop a residential care facility in Turku, Finland. The contract was awarded by Nordic Income+, a fund managed by Urban Partners, according to a Monday release. The 4,600-square-meter facility is expected to comprise 114 care places. Development starts in September 2026, with the completion scheduled for spring 2028.
