The lithium developer on the same day entered the access window, causing a voluntary temporary pause in trading to make it easier to reach a broader range of investors. The company is also considering including a retail offer of shares under the proposed fundraising. Proceeds, combined with cash reserves, will help the company to advance toward a final investment decision for the project, while maintaining the project's timeline and providing appropriate contingency and schedule buffers to mitigate execution risk.
