03:02 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- JM (JM.ST) started construction of the Vyn residential project in Solna, Sweden, according to a Monday release. The Huvudsta Strandpark-based project, which is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2028, will feature 95 units. Additionally, the Swedish property developer noted that sales for the units are underway, with occupancy expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
