NANJING, China, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 19, "Leaders In Future Tech+", a large-scale documentary-style sci-tech innovation media event, held its Youth Innovation Carnival in Nanjing. Co-hosted by China Media Group, the Ministry of Education and Nanjing Municipal People's Government, the activity gathered academicians, experts, industrial representatives, investors and young innovators, building a national-level platform for young talents to display strengths and connect resources. The second season of the program was officially launched at the scene.
Sticking to the principle that science and technology are the primary productive force, talent the primary resource and innovation the primary driving force, the event links young innovators with "patient capital". Investment institutions signed cooperation agreements, with intended investment exceeding 485 million yuan covering 34 tech startups. Selected from nearly 500 projects across 10 cities, 100 groups of young innovators with an average age of 28 assembled in Nanjing. After competitions, 15 finalists stepped onto the carnival. Awards were announced under different themes. The event also showcased cutting-edge non-invasive brain-computer interface technology from Nanjing University.
