VEF Obtains SEK150 Million Secured Credit Facility

03:58 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- VEF (VEFAB.ST) obtained a secured credit facility worth 150 million kronor from Pareto Bank and disclosed a notice to redeem its outstanding bonds early. The two-year credit facility, which will be priced at the Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate plus 415 basis points, is set to replace 300 million kronor of bonds due in December, according to a Monday release. The Swedish investment company plans to redeem its 2023/2026 bonds at the nominal price plus accrued and unpaid interest. The redemption is subject to the new credit facility being established before Oct. 8.
