05:01 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kuehne+Nagel (KNIN.SW) is partnering with Amazon (AMZ.F) and Amazon Web Services on infrastructure lifecycle, including construction and equipment deployment through maintenance, upgrades and expansion. The long-term agreement is intended to boost the Swiss company's growth opportunities and strengthen the US e-commerce giant's customer service capabilities, according to a Monday release. The collaboration includes a call option on Kuehne+Nagel shares, which can be settled by Amazon in cash or shares, subject to commercial milestones spanning up to seven years.
