05:23 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Upland Resources (UPL.L) said Monday that Lost Soldier Oil and Gas commenced its phase two development program in the Green River Basin in Wyoming, US. Lost Soldier Oil and Gas began drilling at the GMF-5 well, which is expected to reach 19,000 feet and test a deeper overpressured zone beneath formations identified by two wells drilled during the initial phase. Lost Soldier also plans to connect three wells to a pipeline to be built in 2026, with production targeted before the end of the year, subject to completion of the required development and operational work. The Southeast Asian-focused oil and gas company has invested $4.3 million in Lost Soldier and holds a royalty interest in production from the Wild Mustang Federal Unit through its Class C units, without exposure to well or operating costs.
