05:25 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Coiled Therapeutics (COIL.L) enrolled patients for the two cohorts in its study to evaluate its lipid-based oral formulation of AO-252, a cancer therapy. The clinical-stage precision oncology company said Monday that the first cohort will be dosed with 120 milligrams of AO-252 twice a day, while the second cohort will be dosed with 160 milligrams of the treatment once a day. The company expects to release the initial safety and pharmacokinetic readouts of the dosage tests by the end of 2026.
