05:31 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Funding Circle Holdings (FCH.L) commenced a share buyback program of up to 25 million pounds sterling, according to a Monday filing. The program will run no later than the second quarter of 2027. It follows the completion on Sept. 18, 2026, of a separate 25 million-pound share buyback program, under which the company repurchased 18,038,193 ordinary shares, or 5.92% of its issued and outstanding capital. Funding Circle, which operates a finance platform catering to small and medium-sized enterprises, cancelled 8,212,545 of the shares acquired under the previous program and held in treasury the other 9,825,648 shares. Shares to be acquired under the new program are also earmarked for cancellation or holding in treasury for share-based employee benefits schemes.
