05:33 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mothercare plc (MTC.L) said Monday that an unnamed wholly owned subsidiary is set to receive an additional cash dividend of 800,000 pounds sterling amid the liquidation of Mothercare UK Ltd. The wholly owned unit acted as secured lender to Mothercare UK, which entered administration in 2019. The London-listed baby products retailer noted that its longer-term solvency remains "highly uncertain" despite the upcoming dividend payment.
