05:32 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BASF (BAS.F) is considering investing in a new methylene diphenyl diisocyanate production complex in Gujarat, India. The German chemicals group secured an industrial land parcel in Dahej through its unit, BASF India Polyurethanes, and is in the advanced stages of a feasibility study for the new complex, according to a Monday release. BASF added that the final investment decision is subject to the outcome of the feasibility study and all required approvals.
