(Udi Technology), Suzhou Pangolin Robotics Co., Ltd. (Pangolin Robot), Chongqing Qinglang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Qinglang Intelligent), Changsha Wanwei Robotics Co., Ltd. (Wanwei Robot), and Shanghai Yongli Information Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as a cooperative robot enterprise).
The parties to the agreement will jointly promote the adaptation, testing, implementation and large-scale operation of robot products in communities, parks, buildings, commercial spaces and urban scenarios based on the cooperative robot companies' commercial service robot hardware products and the Group's AIROBO robot operation platform, and jointly build an intelligent mobile commercial service robot integrated solution integrating robot bodies, artificial intelligence capabilities, operation platforms and offline scenario operation services, and jointly build exemplary robot application projects to promote the standardization and large-scale development of cooperative products and solutions.
