06:41 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK's National Air Traffic Services, or NATS, said Monday that a connectivity issue affecting part of the systems network at its Prestwick center in Scotland early in the day has now been fixed. The air traffic control services provider is working closely with airports and airlines to safely lift the remaining air traffic restrictions "as quickly as possible," adding that the technical problem was unrelated to a similar issue earlier in September. NATS also operates an air traffic control center in Hampshire, England.
