(Jingtai Technology) (an independent third party of the Company) have recently formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and XtalPi Science technology platform license agreement (collectively referred to as such agreements) to explore the application of AI for Science in the fields of antibody design, innovative molecular design, and drug development process optimization.
According to these agreements, the Company intends to procure and use services and usage quotas related to the XtalPi Science platform provided by Jingtai Technology according to actual R&D needs. Jingtai Technology will provide the Company with corresponding platform capabilities and necessary technical support.
The cooperation focuses on the commercial procurement and application of XtalPi Science products and services, and aims to support the company's flexible use of advanced artificial intelligence models and computational capabilities in biopharmaceuticals, XDC and other innovative drug-related R&D scenarios. The two sides intend to establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship based on this product and service application.
The relevant platform capabilities and services to be procured and used by the Company. The initial application scenarios to be explored include but are not limited to: 1. Use artificial intelligence models and related computational capabilities and agents to assist in the design, analysis and optimization of biopharmaceutical candidate molecules; 2. Design XDC payloads with special functions using artificial intelligence models and related computational capabilities and agents; 3. Other candidate molecules and key functional modules are custom-designed using artificial intelligence models and related computational capabilities and agents.
At this stage, the above applications are being promoted by the company according to its own R&D plans and needs. The specific procurement scale, service content, execution arrangements and other commercial terms will be determined separately by both parties through specific orders or subsequent agreements according to actual needs. The two parties can also further discuss expanding the scale of use and application of Xtalpiscience services according to business needs.
This cooperation will optimize the company's biopharmaceutical screening and molecular optimization processes, which is expected to improve R&D efficiency and success rate, shorten the R&D cycle, reduce R&D costs, and accelerate the company's progress in FIC and BIC drug development.
