08:33 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Virtualware's (ALVIR.PA) shareholders approved the company's planned acquisition of UK-based virtual reality and real-time 3D visualization software company Virtalis Holding. The Spanish 3D enterprise software company agreed in August to buy Virtalis for 5 million euros plus a variable component tied to its results in 2026 and 2027, according to a Monday release.
