11:37 PM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nestlé's (NESN.SW) Russian unit continues to operate as normal after a presidential decree placed the business under temporary external administration, Russian state news agency TASS reported on Monday. In a statement to TASS, the Swiss food and beverage group said it intends to fulfill all obligations to its clients, partners, and employees. The company added that it remains confident that its cooperation with the L.E.V. Management team would support the continued development of its business in Russia and improve operational efficiency. Russian President Vladimir Putin's decree on Sept. 17 placed the business' local assets under the temporary control of L.E.V. Management.
