12:01 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Snam (SRG.MI) kicked off an accelerated bookbuilding to divest a 5% stake in Italian electrochemical technologies company Industrie De Nora (DNR.MI) to institutional investors. The bookbuilding period may end at any time, after which the price per share will be announced, according to a Monday release. The sale is in line with the Italian gas grid operator's asset rotation program to reallocate funds towards its core gas infrastructure platform and integrated energy strategy. Goldman Sachs is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
