Target Healthcare REIT Logs Higher FY26 Profit; Total Revenue Drops

02:21 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Target Healthcare REIT (THRL.L) said Tuesday that its profit for fiscal 2026 rose, while total revenue declined year over year. Profit for the 12 months ended June 30 was 82.6 million pounds sterling, compared with 60.8 million pounds a year earlier. EPS moved to 0.1332 pound from 0.0981 pound. The care homes-focused real estate investment trust's total revenue was 72.1 million pounds, compared with 72.9 million pounds a year ago. Looking ahead, the board decided to increase the company's dividends for fiscal 2027.
