02:57 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Schroders (SDR.L) said Tuesday that its acquisition by Nuveen, through Pantheon LLC, is expected to take effect on Oct. 1. The transaction remains subject to a court sanction, with a hearing scheduled for Sept. 29. Schroders will be delisted from the London bourse as a result of the merger, with the cancellation expected to occur on Oct. 2. US-based investment manager Nuveen is a company of the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America.
