03:18 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Snam (SRG.MI) raised 67 million euros from its placement of 10 million shares in Industrie De Nora (DNR.MI) at 6.69 euros apiece. The Italian gas grid operator sold the shares through Asset Co. 10, retaining a 16.6% stake in the Italian electrochemical technologies company following the transaction.
