03:32 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sunda Energy (SNDA.L) plans to raise up to 525,000 pounds sterling through a retail offer of new shares. The offering will comprise an issuance of up to 35 million new shares at 0.015 pound apiece, the oil and gas company said Tuesday. Sunda Energy added that the retail offer, combined with a previous placing and subscription offer, will generate a total of 5.3 million pounds.
