03:39 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Schroders (SDR.L) said Tuesday that Matthew Westerman will assume the role of nonexecutive chair once its merger with US-based investment manager Nuveen takes effect. The London-listed British asset manager said Elizabeth Corley, who currently holds the role, will cease to be a director following the transaction.
