04:39 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Scandi Standard (SCST.ST) secured approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Ireland to buy frozen poultry products producer Glenhaven Foods. The chicken-based food products company said Tuesday it expects to finalize the deal, which will add over 10% to its EPS on a proforma 2025 basis, on or about Oct. 9, 2026.
