05:23 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DHL (DHL.F) said Tuesday it plans to develop an integrated network of electric vehicle and battery centers of excellence as part of the expansion of its global battery logistics network. The German logistics group added that the initiative will support manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, aftermarket, and battery lifecycle services across key global markets, utilizing the capabilities of its DHL Supply Chain, DHL Global Forwarding, and DHL Express businesses. The plan involves the establishment of battery-ready warehouses, including in Hungary, where an additional specialized battery logistics facility is expected to commence operations in 2027.
