Nebius Group N.V. (NASDAQ:NBIS) stock climbed about 5% Tuesday as investors focused on reports of another GPU cloud price increase, helping the stock outperform the broader technology sector.
The Technology sector gained 0.2%, while the S&P 500 rose 0.1% and the Nasdaq advanced 0.47%.
Nebius Reportedly Plans Another GPU Price Increase
Nebius is reportedly preparing to raise GPU cloud prices by roughly 20% beginning Oct. 1, pointing to tight AI computing capacity and continued pricing power.
The reported increases cover several Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA) GPU models, including the H100, H200, B200 and B300.
The H100 price is expected to rise to $4.50 from $3.85, while the H200 rate could increase to $5.40 from $4.50.
Nebius also outpaced the broader market Tuesday. The Russell 2000 gained 1.05%, while seven of 11 sectors traded higher.
NBIS Maintains Strong Technical Trend
Nebius traded 10.8% above its 20-day simple moving average of $219.67 and 50.2% above its 200-day SMA of $162.11.
The 20-day SMA remains above the 50-day average, while the 50-day SMA sits above the 200-day average, maintaining a bullish longer-term setup.
