PETALING JAYA: Integrated renewable energy (RE) and environmental solutions provider Cypark Resources Bhd has returned to the black with an RM5.7mil net profit for the first quarter ended July 31, 2026 (1Q27) on revenue of RM180mil.

The company had booked a loss of RM18.6mil on revenue of RM41.6mil in 1Q26. The company said in a media release that the turnaround was driven by the underlying operations, reflecting the progress made in strengthening its existing businesses and developing new sources of earnings.

It noted that the latest financial results delivered a strong start to the financial year ending April 30, 2027 (FY27), as gross profit improved to RM29.2mil in 1Q27 from a gross loss of RM300,000 in 1Q26.

“Notably, revenue generated in 1Q27 alone exceeded the RM179.2mil recorded for the entire FY26, underscoring the significant step-up in Cypark’s operating scale,” it said.
