11:48 PM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HSBC (HSBA.L, HSB.PA) said Tuesday it issued three series of senior unsecured notes totaling 3.75 billion euros. The lender issued 1 billion euros of floating rate notes due 2030, 1.25 billion euros of 4.431% fixed-to-floating-rate notes due 2032, and 1.50 billion euros of 4.777% fixed-to-floating-rate notes due 2037. The British lender added that the notes were admitted to trading on the London stock exchange.
