12:17 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mercedes-Benz Group (MBG.F) and Wayve entered into a production agreement to bring the UK self-driving technology startup's AI-powered urban point-to-point driving assistance to its vehicles within the next two years. The German luxury vehicle company said Tuesday that the definitive deal will enable Wayve to integrate its AI Driver into future Mercedes-Benz cars, laying the foundation for potential mass production development. The companies will initially focus on advanced driving assistance for urban and highway environments.
