12:21 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arenit Industrie (ARENIT-SDB.ST) agreed to purchase automated test systems developer Digitaltest Group, according to a Tuesday release. The deal is slated to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 or early in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions, with Digitaltest to be integrated into Arenit's Devices and Industrial Solutions segment after completion. The German industrial group does not expect the acquisition to significantly impact its full-year 2026 results.
