02:56 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tritax Big Box REIT (BBOX.L) commenced the lease of a logistics facility at Symmetry Park in the UK to US e-commerce giant Amazon (AMZ.F). The real estate investment trust said Wednesday that the 20-year lease took effect as the 1 million-square-foot facility reached practical completion. The agreement is expected to generate 9.8 million pounds sterling of annual rental income.
