02:58 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Property developer JM (JM.ST) started construction of the Bella project in Stockholm, according to a Wednesday filing. The 100-unit residential project, based in Hägersten, is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2028. JM noted that sales are underway and occupancy is planned for the first quarter of 2028.
