03:02 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BTG Consulting (BTG.L) completed the purchase of UK-based property and asset management business Hornbeam CPAM for a potential consideration of up to 4 million pounds sterling. As part of the deal, the financial and real estate advisory company will integrate Hornbeam CPAM into its real estate advisory business, BTG Eddisons, according to a Wednesday filing. The acquisition is in line with BTG Consulting's strategy of expanding its real estate advisory services offering and geographical coverage.
