03:12 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wallenstam (WALL-B.ST) issued 300 million kronor of green bonds to finance the renovation of the Sergelskrapan property in central Stockholm, Sweden. The two-year bonds were issued at a fixed interest rate of 3.59%, according to a Wednesday release. The renovation is part of the Swedish property company's plan to reduce energy consumption in its existing portfolio by 30% and improve its long-term value.
