03:36 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Orosur Mining (OMI.L) said Wednesday that it is considering a best-efforts private placement of up to 43,750,000 units at CA$0.32 apiece to raise CA$14 million. Each unit earmarked for the offering comprises one common share and one-half of a warrant. A whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share in the minerals development company at CA$0.45 apiece. The offer will run until Oct. 6. Orosur sought the assistance of Red Cloud Securities, Turner Pope Investments, and Greenwood Capital Partners for the offering and gave Red Cloud the option for an additional sale of 6,250,000 units for a potential increase of up to CA$2 million in total proceeds. Net proceeds from the offering will be used primarily for the Anzá exploration project in Colombia, as general working capital, and corporate expenditures.
