03:38 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- London-listed cleaning products manufacturer McBride (MCB.L) plans to redeem its non-cumulative, redeemable preference B shares. Under the offer, which will run from Oct. 1 through Nov. 6, shareholders will be able to redeem any or all of their B shares at the nominal value of 0.001 pound sterling plus accrued and unpaid preferential dividends.
