03:44 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Emirati space technology company Space42 (ADX:SPACE42) unit Mira Aerospace partnered with Telespazio Ibérica, a subsidiary of Leonardo's (LDO.MI) Leonardo Space, on a wildfire-monitoring mission in Spain. The mission began with a preliminary flight using Mira Aerospace's ApusNeo18, which remained airborne for 29 hours and transmitted real-time video and imagery, according to a Wednesday release. Following a successful flight, a multi-flight campaign is scheduled to take place in October.
