05:47 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK Competition and Markets Authority completed its probe into the takeover of logistics company Wincanton (WIN.L) by GXO Logistics, according to a Wednesday notice. The regulator finalized the investigation after GXO Logistics divested Wincanton's warehousing services unit, which was the remedy submitted by the two parties. The UK competition watchdog launched its inquiry on Sept. 6, 2024.
