06:15 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nordic Mining (NOM.OL) said Wednesday that its unit Engebø Rutile and Garnet is facing a 50 million-Norwegian-krone lawsuit from engineering, procurement, and construction contractor Nordic Bulk under the contract. The mining company's subsidiary rejected the claim, saying parts of it are "unsubstantiated" and that it has withheld payments pending Nordic Bulk's correction of defects. Nordic Mining said the proceedings will not affect operations at Engebø.
