PETALING JAYA: Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd has secured a contract from from WDA Architects Sdn Bhd for and on behalf of Exsim YKS 54 Sdn Bhd to undertake the earthworks, piling and pile caps work for a service apartment project in Kuala Lumpur, worth RM26.2mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the commencement date of the contract is Sept 15, 2026 and shall be completed on Aug 14, 2028.

For the avoidance of doubt, Aneka Jaringan said the commencement date was agreed between the group and WDA Architects for and on behalf of the Exsim YKS 54 and has been adopted during the final negotiation for the contract, to ensure that the delivery of works for the contract will not be delayed.

“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.

“The contract, however, is expected to contribute positively to Aneka Jaringan’s consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial years ending Aug 31, 2027 and Aug 31, 2028, during the duration of the contract.”
