KUALA LUMPUR: MNRB Holdings Bhd has declared a final dividend of 15 sen per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the reinsurer said its dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) will apply to 5 sen per share, or 33.3% of the final dividend.

Under the DRP, shareholders may opt to receive the entire dividend in cash or reinvest all or part of the 5 sen electable portion into new MNRB shares.

The balance of the dividend will be paid in cash.

MNRB said the issue price of the new shares, book closure date and payment date will be announced in due course.
