InnovAge, Voyager Technologies And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were slightly higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.1% on Wednesday.

Shares of InnovAge Holding Corp (NASDAQ:INNV) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced the pricing of a secondary offering of its common stock by selling stockholders.

InnovAge announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10 million shares at $9.25 per share by investment funds affiliated with Apax Partners and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.

InnovAge Holding shares dipped 9.4% to $9.65 in pre-market trading.

  • Jaguar Health Inc (NASDAQ:JAGX) tumbled 28% to $24.82 in pre-market trading. Jaguar Health shares jumped over 1,190% on Tuesday after the company announced that the FDA granted the Napo Pharmaceutical’s request for a fee waiver associated with the Prescription Drug User Fee Act for Mytesi.
  • Resolution Minerals Ltd (NASDAQ:RML) dropped 6.4% to $5.84 in pre-market trading.
  • Voyager Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:VOYG) fell 6% to $35.36 in pre-market trading after the company announced a $350 million offering of convertible senior notes.
  • Sibanye Stillwater Limited (NYSE:SBSW) declined 4.8% to $10.85 in pre-market trading.
  • AngloGold Ashanti plc (NYSE:AU) dropped 4% to $100.45 in pre-market trading after adding around 3% on Tuesday.
  • Alibaba Group Holding Limited (NYSE:BABA) fell 3.4% to $112.30 in pre-market trading. Alibaba Group, on Tuesday, announced its new Zhenwu M890 AI chip.
  • ProCap Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ:SVIA) fell 2.8% to $4.53 in pre-market trading after jumping over 14% on Tuesday.
