08:39 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Garofalo Health Care (GHC.MI) agreed to acquire Cesena, Italy-based acute-care facility Casa di Cura Malatesta Novello for 69.3 million euros. The acquisition also covers a real estate asset spanning a total area of 6,600 square meters, according to a Wednesday release. Garofalo will fund the deal with existing cash and bank loans, with closing expected in October, subject to conditions.
