08:52 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bonheur (BONHR.OL) placed a senior unsecured green bond worth 800 million Norwegian kroner due October 2032, according to a Wednesday release. The six-year bond, which will be listed on the Oslo bourse, carries a coupon of three-month Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate plus 2.15% per year. Proceeds from the offer were earmarked for the renewable energy-focused investor's green projects. The company tapped DNB Carnegie and Pareto Securities as joint lead managers for the transaction.
