The project scope involves the reconstruction of Laguas Bridge (Bridge No. 35) and Asan Culvert (Bridge No. 27), both located along Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive), providing for the continuous long-term functionality and safety of these structures for the local community and military operations in Guam.
